Job Role - Painter and Decorator

Location - Norwich

Pay Rate - GBP16per hour (CIS Self Employed)

ARC Group are currently recruiting for a local authority for painter & decorators in Norwich to join their maintenance team on a long-term ongoing basis. The works are on voids properties and are a mixture of internal and external works.

Working hours are 7:30am -4pm Monday to Thursday and early finishes on Friday.

Role requirements for Painter/Decorator:

• Must have proven experience in painting and decorating (ideally on social housing)
• Have own tools (brushes & whites) and transport
• Experience of facilities or housing maintenance
• Full driving licence & van/car required
