MC Technical Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to carry out daily maintenance on a new Anaerobic Digestion site.

Our client is an expanding business within the Renewable Energy sector and are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team.

As the Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out maintenance on Electrical and Mechanical plant on a new AD Plant
• Scheduling and managing Planned Preventative Maintenance
• Managing a maintenance budget and cost control
• Overseeing junior members of the team
• Remote monitoring of the AD process
• Supporting on operations when required
• Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Proven experience carrying out maintenance on process equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors etc.
• A relevant engineering qualification (HNC/Apprenticeship/NVQ)
• Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation
• Familiar with operations in a fastmoving 24/7 production environment
• A full UK driving licence is essential for this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding Renewable Energy business with a salary of up to GBP40,000 per annum plus other benefits (Allowance/Overtime/Bonus).
