Recruitment Coordinator


Luton / Hybrid Remote

GBP24,000 per annum

This is a wonderful opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator , who will be involved in supporting our Recruitment team with the admin duties and day-to-day processes across our management and administration functions.

The role of Recruitment Coordinator sits within our HR Function. It offers the successful candidate the opportunity to progress their career and gain extensive experience within a thriving Employee-Owned business.

As Recruitment Coordinator you'll be:

  • Managing and organising a shared inbox
  • Supporting hiring managers in the recruitment process
  • Arranging and booking interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Managing and maintaining our internal Application Tracking System
  • Arranging briefs between hiring managers and recruiters
  • Liaising with candidates within our talent pool, updating details, ensuring all comply with GDPR regulations
  • Ensure data is updated on the team tracker and collating data for monthly reports
  • Creating Canva ads and posting adverts on relevant websites

As Recruitment Coordinator you'll have:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume administration role (within the recruitment industry would be an advantage)
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word capability
  • Methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure
  • Uses judgment to know when to ask for help and guidance
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Understands and implements processes
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to build appropriate professional, friendly and accessible relationships with employees and line managers
