Air Conditioning Engineer - Jersey

Air Conditioning Engineer – Jersey - £50,000 per annum *Relocation required to Jersey* Trevett services have an exciting opportunity for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our client based in Jersey. This is a full time, permanent role with ample opportunity for overtime and additional hours. Our client will assist with relocation to Jersey. Benefits of living and working in Jersey: * Excellent tax benefits, income tax is capped at 20% for all earnings * Higher quality of life and work-life balance, with stunning surroundings * Strong sense of community Key Responsibilities of the AC Engineer: * Carry out PPM’s and reactive maintenance on AC units and AHU’s as required. * Fault finding & rectification. * Order parts and ensure they are logged correctly against each job. * Ensure all records are accurate and up to date. * Work closely with the Engineering Supervisor to report any issues. * Escalate any outstanding works or uncompleted works following the correct reporting procedures. Qualifications Required: * NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent * City & Guilds 236 or 2382 (18th Edition) not essential. * Experience within a similar environment is essential carrying out PPM’s and Maintenance works. * Good general I.T skills and able to receive jobs through a PDA or handheld device. * Full, clean driving license You will need to have an enhanced DBS check which we are able to process for you.
