Grounds Maintenance Operative

Grounds Maintenance Operative 45 hours per week We are recruiting for an enthusiastic organised and reliable grounds team operative to help work alongside the ground’s maintenance department. Experience and knowledge would be required in this role due to it being a fast-paced environment. Some horticultural knowledge and understanding would be an advantage. The role of Grounds Maintenance Operative will include: * Working in a residential and commercial environment. * Ensuring department standards are met. * Grass cutting and hedge cutting. * Plant care and shrub pruning * Using a range of garden machinery * Weed prevention and maintenance. * Following H&S guidelines Skills and experiences: * PA1 & PA6 license preferred but not essential as can be obtained. * Relevant City & Guilds tickets * Grounds maintenance experience Wages: * Wages to be reviewed to fall in line with National Minimum Wage in April Our Benefits As part of our commitment to making Airwaves FM ltd a great place to work, where your wellbeing is of genuine importance, we have developed an attractive employment package.
