The role will include: Lead the planning and execution of architectural and structural metalwork projects, including but not limited to facades, staircases, balustrades, canopies, and bespoke metalwork installations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Projects ranges from £1,000,000 to £(phone number removed) Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress, resolve any issues or challenges, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, and project teams to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards in steel fabrication and construction.
