Quantity Surveyor London Curtain Walling, Façade, Architectural Glazing, Cladding, Roofing, Structural Glass Our client has been in the industry for over 20 years specializing in Curtain Walling, Façade, Architectural Glazing, Cladding, Roofing, Structural Glass and the external envelope. The position will be a Quantity Surveyor working with the Commercial Director on projects across the London area. The Role; Monthly valuation of projects and preparation/agreement of interim valuations and final accounts. Assessing and pricing variations to contract works promptly in accordance with contract requirements. Working closely with Contracts Managers, Project Managers, Design Office, and Production to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Preparation, submission, and agreement of any cost claims against main contractors and sub-contractors. Re-measuring and comparing tender drawings to actual construction drawings. Updating and maintaining Project Risk Registers in conjunction with the site Team. Preparing sub-contract orders. Experience on projects from £1,000,000 to £(phone number removed).
