Job Role Streamline are currently working with one a great M&E contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join one of their residential sectors. This would be ideal for a Mechanical Project Manager who lives in the Thames Valley county and wants to join a commercial contractor with a lot of projects on their books at the moment. Company Overview The company that Streamline Recruitment are currently liaising with one of the most established M&E contractors within London and have a brilliant reputation within the industry. The business are very busy across their main sector that is predominantly commercial & Education sector. Duties * Reporting into a Operations Director * Attendance of meetings on-site * Dealing with sub contractors * Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time * Overseeing site teams * Working on multiple projects at once * Project values ranging from £1,000,000 - £5,000,000 * Reporting into clients & the site team Requirements * Working for a M&E sub - contractor is essential * Has experience within commercial projects * Looking for an individual who has great design knowledge & technical knowledge * Stable CV * SMSTS or CSCS Black Card is needed * Must live in the Thames Valley region
