Are you looking for a brand-new role that you can make your own? Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you able to think on your feet, happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with a variety for duties? Are you a people person and enjoy solving problems in the office? This is an exciting and challenging role!

What you will do:

You will be supporting the office with Team Assistant duties, as well as the Office Management and HR Admin support. A real mixed bag! You must be able to prioritise and use your initiative. This role has potential to evolve in different areas, so would suit someone with an open mind and flexible attitude.

What you will need:

You need to be a strong communicator, team player, motivated, proactive, driven and passionate about business support. You need to be confident as this is a new role, boundaries may need to be set! Personality fit is important, they are an upbeat office.

Industry experience within Reinsurance is advantageous. Experience of assisting with an office move is also helpful.
