My client who are an ambitious and well-established, independent Estate and Lettings Agency, are looking to add a Lettings Manager to their highly successful team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Lettings Manager:

  • Drive business growth by fostering an environment of excellence
  • Proactively deliver new business opportunities
  • Guide, develop and manage team members
  • Build and develop strong, long-standing client relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Lettings Manager:

  • Prior experience in a similar, or other senior lettings role
  • First-class communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to deliver a high-level of customer service
  • ARLA qualified preferred but an in-depth knowledge of lettings regulations/legislation
