Warehouse Operative/Counter Balance Operative

Cotswold Talent Solutions (formerly part of BE Recruitment) are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/ Counter Balance Operator to work at a state of the art Logistics/Warehouse facility in West Swindon (SN5)

We have immediate starts available! Hourly rate paying up to 13.53 per hour working a set day shift (07.30 - 16.30) Monday to Friday!

These are long term roles with a genuine opportunity to go permanent after a successful trial period!

Shifts available for the Warehouse Operative/Forklift Truck Operative role:

• Day shift - 07.30 - 16.30 Monday to Friday (early finish on a Friday)

Duties for this Warehouse Operative/ Forklift Truck Driver role will include, but are not limited to:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to carry out daily duties (minimal use initially)
• Working at a checking and packing station - checking goods and packing them as required
• Using scanners to scan and verify goods when required
• Loading and Unloading curtain sided vehicles
• Allocating stock to correct areas
• Replenishing stock
• Collection of pallets
• Hygiene duties

Rates of pay and hours for Warehouse Operative / Forklift Truck Driver:

• 13.53 per hour
• Overtime Paid at 14.64 per hour
