CNC Turner (XYZ)

Contek Recruitment are currently working with one of Birmingham's biggest precision engineering companies, who specialise in emergency breakdowns and repairs to worn and damaged machining. They also provide precision machining services, anything from one-off parts, to small batches of 15/20 parts.

Our client are now looking for a CNC Turner to join their team, located in Nechells, Birmingham, in the West Midlands. This role would be primarily be focused on machining of parts using an XYZ lathe, programmed using Proturn controls.

Work will be carried out for some of our clients biggest customers, such as JLR, BMW, Smurfit Kappa, and McCains.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 until 16:30)

Overtime: Overtime is consistently available and is unlimited . Overtime is uncapped, and you will be free to do as much overtime as you like. Overtime during the week is paid at time-and-a-half, and overtime for breakdowns/repairs on Sundays is paid at double-time.
