We are seeking a sales-oriented and target-driven professional capable of building and nurturing strong relationships across existing and new business along with the ability to develop and motivate a team of hungry Recruitment Consultants across multiple sectors. Your primary focus will be to guide our Industrial team to achieve the company's growth targets. As a Branch Manager your key Responsibilities: * Leading from the front to develop business alongside your team * Developing and implementing branch sales plans to deliver the required results * Conducting regular sales and operations meetings * Adding to your headcount to build the best possible team * Aligning your division to 24-7 People Solutions culture * Briefing employees on current KPI’s and Resourcing targets * Recognising employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment * Motivating the team to gain the highest possible outcomes, though activity, whilst balancing wellbeing * Working to ensure all staff receive the best possible branch-based development, * Evaluating team and individual performance, providing feedback, and coaching as appropriate * Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure high levels of satisfaction and to act on feedback * Resolving customer problems as needed * Ensuring strict adherence to 24-7 People Solutions compliance standards * Assessing local and regional market conditions and identifying opportunities * Regular Audits to ensure you and your teams’ compliance * Ensuring all new RTW legislations are adhered to * Adhering to high ethical and professional standards * Reflecting on your own performance to continually improve your knowledge, skills, and development As a successful Branch Manager at 24-7 People Solutions, you will be proactive and prepared to challenge the status quo, contributing to the future of 24-7. You will have a proven track record in Recruitment, either as an established Manager or someone who is working towards this level. You must have a strong people management background and want to develop a team as well as yourself.
