Job Title: Contract Manager – Mobile Patrols Location: High Wycombe Salary: £40,000 per annum + Fully Expensed Company Car Provided Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 - due to the nature of our industry and the role, there will always be a requirement to work other hours to ensure the activities of the business are met. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Manager to be responsible for our Security Patrol & Response Team. Our Mobile Patrol Teams provide various security services to customers across the Thames Valley with most of the work undertaken in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Oxfordshire. We have a team of fourteen Patrol Officers and a fleet of eight vehicles that need management, supervision, and support to deliver our service effectively. You will be responsible for: * Ensuring all patrol routes are efficient and reviewed regularly * That our Patrol Officers are correctly trained, wear our uniform in line with company policy, are in possession of the required equipment and keep our vehicle fleet in good condition * Recruiting new Patrol Officers as required * Appraising Patrol Officers on an annual basis * Managing our patrol monitoring system and providing reports as and when required * All aspects of customer liaison * Undertaking surveys for new customers * Collecting keys and erecting warning signs * Quarterly key checks You will work closely with our Control Centre, which is based in High Wycombe, to ensure run sheets/work schedules are always up to date, and amended where required, and that the Patrol and Response Team are functioning to the highest levels possible.
