Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a recruitment consultant for our client based in Southampton Our client is a recruitment agency based in Southampton that operate in oil & gas sectors. Full sector training will be given but my client is seeking candidates that are confident in recruiting high level candidates for global companies that operate in the oil and gas sector. My client has plenty of business so you will be joining on a warm desk with plenty of vacancies already there in order to get off to a flying start and really hit the ground running. You will need to be able to build excellent relationships with the clients and candidates in order for them to have a full trust in your ability to provide an outstanding service.
