Senior Account Manager


We are seeking an outstanding candidate to join our client's dynamic and rapidly growing enterprise in the Hair and Beauty sector. We are looking for a highly articulate, collaborative, and motivated individual who will manage international accounts, adeptly identifying and capitalising on opportunities to foster the brand's ongoing expansion. To be successful in this position you will ideally have experience within the Hair and Beauty industry in a similar position. Responsibilities: Spearhead the strategic development of the assigned brand and accounts within international markets Formulate comprehensive plans to cultivate and capitalise on new opportunities for the brand, fostering collaborative efforts to pinpoint and expand avenues for growth Act as the primary liaison for all customer account management matters, with a focus on nurturing and expanding current accounts Take ownership of the budgeting process and provide regular forecasting updates to the brand teams Develop and execute customer-centric initiatives to bolster account growth while upholding profitability and managing P&L responsibilities Cultivate enduring, robust customer relationships Negotiate contracts and finalise agreements to optimise revenue generation Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with customers, their stakeholders, and executive sponsors, serving as the primary point of contact on a day-to-day basis Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure the fulfilment of customer requirements Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, New Product Development, Sales) to ensure alignment with customer needs Ensure the prompt and successful delivery of solutions in accordance with customer requirements and objectives Explore avenues for new business within existing customer base and identify areas for enhancement to meet sales targets Forecast and monitor key account metrics to gauge performance and inform strategic decisionsWhat we are looking for: Demonstrate adeptness in communicating, presenting, and influencing key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation Proven track record of delivering client-centric solutions tailored to meet customer needs Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience in a comparable role within the Hair or Beauty industry Experience working in Omnichannel environments, both retailer stores and online Clear and concise communication skillsDetails: Title: Senior Account Manager Location: Wokingham Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 (+bonus) Contract & Hours: Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, hybrid working Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
