Quantity Surveyor

Your new company and role A multi-disciplinary building consultancy based in South Manchester is looking for an experienced quantity surveyor to join their team. They are based within an easy commute on the tram or driving in with parking available on site and offer flexible working. You will be a part of the quantity surveying team working on variety of building types, predominantly in the housing sector. 90% of the workload will be residential, though the company also is involved in education, commercial and healthcare sector projects. What you'll need to succeed You will be a degree qualified quantity surveyor with great communication and organisation skills. You will have experience and knowledge of UK building standards, experience working in social housing environment, planning and building regulations. This role is open to a quantity surveyor or senior quantity surveyor with previous experience working in a consultancy environment.
