We're seeking a dedicated Housing Assistant to join our team at a reputable Housing Association based in Slough. Position Overview: As a Housing Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Neighbourhood Housing Lead and Area Housing Manager to ensure the delivery of reliable, consistent, and top-notch services to our residents. This is a three-month assignment with the potential to transition into a permanent role. Key Responsibilities: Provide extensive support to Neighbourhood Housing Leads, ensuring continuity of service for residents. Possess in-depth knowledge of local demographics and issues, ensuring seamless service delivery. Act as a flexible support and deputize for Neighbourhood Housing Leads during their absence. Resolve resident issues and requests promptly and efficiently. Liaise with residents to obtain feedback and provide creative solutions where necessary. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and stakeholders. Meet and exceed all KPIs, SLAs, and targets. Respond to resident inquiries through various channels. Manage administrative tasks such as data input, minute-taking, and invoice management.Requirements: Strong IT and administrative skills. Ability to attend the office up to three times per week. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Knowledge of housing industry practices and regulations is desirable but not essential.Benefits: Umbrella rate: £19.55 per hour.
