The position is to start at the end of March and will continue until the end of the academic year. The school welcomes applications from Teaching Assistants with experience in EYFS and KS1 but would ideally like to appoint a TA who has worked in EYFS before. They are looking for a TA with good curriculum knowledge, and a creative, innovative approach, who can maintain the children's enthusiasm for learning. A strong, sanguine style of behaviour management is essential, and the school particularly like people who go above and beyond to build good relationships with the children, and make them feel safe, valued, and confident in their learning. The school has high expectations of the children. Staff work hard to maintain high-quality provision in school, to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children.
