As Head of People and Culture, you'll be the driving force behind our client's people strategy, fostering a culture that values compassion, excellence, and innovation. This strategic role is about more than managing HR functions; it's about creating a workplace where talented professionals can truly flourish and contribute to the company's mission. Your Impact as Head of People and Culture: * Lead with Vision: Develop and execute strategies that enhance organizational culture, ensuring it aligns with core values and business objectives. * Foster Engagement: Implement initiatives that elevate employee engagement, well-being, and professional growth, making the company a place where exceptional talent wants to be. * Champion Talent: Drive talent management efforts, from recruitment to retention, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles, inspired to give their best. * Ensure Excellence: Oversee performance management and compliance, upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism. Are you: * A dynamic leader with a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) preferred. * Extensive HR leadership experience, ideally in the healthcare or care home sector, with a proven track record of enhancing workplace culture and performance. * A strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills, capable of building strong relationships at all levels. * Someone who is passionate about making a difference, with a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
