As Head of People and Culture, you'll be the driving force behind our client's people strategy, fostering a culture that values compassion, excellence, and innovation. Are you: * A dynamic leader with a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) preferred. * Extensive HR leadership experience, ideally in the healthcare or care home sector, with a proven track record of enhancing workplace culture and performance. * A strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills, capable of building strong relationships at all levels. * Someone who is passionate about making a difference, with a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
