Experienced Graduate Building Surveyor * £40,000 – £50,000 + 1st class APC support + bonus + healthcare + more * Multi-disciplinary Consultancy * Spitalfields, London Offering a highly successful APC program along with a broad range of work, this multi-disciplinary consultancy is searching for an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor who is part-way through their APC to join their busy team in Spitalfields. Projects range from £100k-£35m and sectors include; healthcare, education, residential, high-end residential, charitable trusts and more. Person Specification: * Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying or relevant subject * Minimum 2 years’ post graduate experience * APC – Currently registered and working towards APC * Ideally experienced across a range of sectors Roles & Responsibilities: You will work across a broad range of projects and professional instructions is a range of industry sectors. Work is typically split 60/40 for projects/professional instructions. You will have exposure to a range of projects as well as all work required to complete your APC competencies. * Site/Condition Surveys * Project Management * Contract Administration * Detailed Report Writing * Defect Assessment and Remedial Advice * Party Wall * Refurbishments, Restoration, Maintenance & Repair Advice * Health & Safety * Technical (CAD) Design & Drawing * Client and Contractor Meetings * Planning & Building Regulations * Dilapidations Salary & Package: * £40,000 – £50,000 dependant on experience * Yearly bonus * Full APC support, costs, CPD etc * Professional subscriptions paid * Private healthcare * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * 1-day per year allowed for volunteering * Pension * Cycle to work scheme * Eye care vouchers Company: Our client is an award winning multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, covering Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Health & Safety, from 3 offices across the South of England.
