Monday - Friday 7:00am till 3:30pm Sous Chef £40,000 Paid Overtime Staff Dining 40 Hour Contract Contract Catering Stunning Site in The CityIf work/life balance and having every weekend off is important to you, then this is the job for you! The Sous Chef will be supporting the Head & Executive Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen, managing a team of 12 Chefs. You will be catering for up to 1000 covers per day, so this is a site that requires someone who is used to cooking for high volume at the highest level with a strong knowledge of all the latest food trends, with a special focus on street food. The site is solely retail focused with no budget from the client, giving the Chefs complete autonomy to cook what they like using the ingredients they choose too. This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation.
