Retail Security Officer

TSS has exciting opportunities for Retail Security Officers to work out of our prestigious customer site, Primark! This role is based in Inverness. The hours of work are: - 6am to 2pm - 11am to 8pm - 2pm to 10pm There is some night work available dependent on location. Your Time at Work As a Security Officer you will ensure the safety of Primark's staff, their premises, assets and the general public, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and secure environment. You will conduct yourself in a manner which will bring credit to yourself and the company, ensuring full uniform is worn and your 'SIA licence' is clearly displayed at all times. - Greeting staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner - Ensuring everyone follows the security and safety protocols of the store - Conducting searches when required - Dealing with any security incidents in store and completing relevant incident report forms - To provide a visible uniformed deterrent, to contribute to the safety and security of the store, its staff and customers - Carry out Company Policy on any loss prevention - To observe and report incidents using the correct reporting systems - To ensure site knowledge is kept up to date and developments at local level are identified - To understand and implement any Fire and Safety evacuation procedures Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker would have a keen eye and a friendly way with people, you could look forward to an interesting role where no two days are the same with exciting career opportunities.
