HR Business Partner – generalist.  Award-winning Technology company seeks an experienced HR Business Partner – HRBP - with broad-based HR experience across the various disciplines, to support their HR Director in the development, implementation and delivery of their People Strategy program. HR Business Partner – the company: Employing a few hundred staff, the organisation is well-established and has grown by 50% in the last 5yrs alone. They provide solutions for enterprise-size customers.   It has a strong staff retention rate and a very high level of employee engagement.  There is lots of work to do, as they scale-up with a further 300% growth plan for the next 5yrs. HR Business Partner – the role: Operating as a strategic partner, you will be driving organisational capability and performance using your demonstrable people management practices. Supporting and helping to develop the People Strategy this role has an exciting and broad remit, with some great projects: -  Guiding and coaching managers -  Promoting employee and HR relations best practice -  Performance management process -  Talent Management development -  Creating new compensation and benefits structures and pay-benchmarking -  Employee engagement projects -  Enhancing the Employee Value Proposition -  Employment law compliance -  Etc, there’s a lot of exciting projects to work on HR Business Partner – the person: This is very much an HR generalist role and will need: experience of the full ‘employee lifecycle’; strong knowledge of UK employment law; the ability to forge strong relationships within the company; to be delivery focused; have strong integrity. A CIPD Level 5 (ideally CIPD 7), or equivalent degree / diploma in HR, would be very welcome, but of more importance will be your sheer breadth of experience and knowledge. Location: The company operates a remote working policy but, due to the nature of the role and the level of stakeholder liaison, this is a hybrid position with, on average, 1 day in the office (Bedford) per week.  Parking is free.
