E-Commerce Manager

Position: E-Commerce Manager Location: Knightsbridge, London Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Are you passionate about luxury assets and digital retailing? About the Role: As the E-Commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, shaping and executing the e-commerce strategy to drive growth and enhance the customer experience. You'll lead a talented team and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to maximize revenue and profitability across online and offline channels. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with our business goals. * Oversee marketing initiatives to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility. * Manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. * Build and nurture key relationships to expand our customer base. * Drive stock management and order fulfillment to deliver exceptional customer service. * Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Role Requirements: * 8+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in luxury or tangible asset sectors- Working with wine and spirits would be ideal . * Strong background in sales, marketing, and relationship management. * Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing e-commerce platforms. * Expertise in digital marketing concepts and CRM/CMS management. * Exceptional leadership and communication skills. * Degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
