Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a leading apparel company who are looking for an Order Fulfilment Representative to maximise on time delivery performance. This is a temporary contract for 3-6 months with the high potential of a permanent contract for the right person.

What will the role involve?

• Assessing order book allocation to ship orders on time and in full
• Collaborating with the customer service team to overcome any challenges
• Working closely with the planning & logistics team to track inbound freight
• Manipulating data to allocate orders
• Constantly analysing and reviewing order book movements
• Highlighting any delays and opportunites
• Checking all daily and allocation jobs are running on time
• Monitor weekly and monthly on time delivery performance and order fulfilment rates

Who are we looking for?

• Analytical experience
• Pro-active team player
• Experienced user of Excel - This role requires somebody who can manipulate large amounts of data quickly and accurately using formulas, V-lookups, Pivot tables etc. You will be required to complete an Excel test for this role.
