Quantity Surveyor - Permanent career opportunity - Oxford This well known and well respected main contractor has an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the business in the Oxford area. Having been successful in winning projects in various educational institutions, they have a need for a Quantity Surveyor to be based in or very locally to Oxford City to manage these commercially and potential be responsible for a team in the near future. You The Projects: ·Site based Quantity Surveyor required to work on an education projects at various colleges, universities and in Central Oxford. ·The projects are £5m - £20m in value, well established with about a year to run. ·Projects will vary from complex refurbishment, fitting out and new builds which will have high spec elements to them including joinery. Job Title: Quantity Surveyor but in other organisations could be known as QS, Project Quantity Surveyor, Project Surveyor, Senior QS, Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager.
