Medical Director

We are looking for an outstanding Medical Director to work in a leading private Mental Health hospital in East London, with a salary of up to £165,000 (depending on experience). It is an award winning hospital for women with complex mental health needs and a specialist Tier 4 Personality Disorder service for women. In this Medical Director role, you will combine clinical expertise with sound strategic acumen and inspiring leadership, overseeing the delivery of the best care. Other responsibilities include: Lead on all aspects of clinical practice & serve as an example of operational excellence Ensure optimal clinical outcomes for the people in our care Provide expert knowledge & support within the service & to the wider team Ensure quality & compliance with internal & external standards & regulationsTo apply for this Medical Director role, you will need to be: Fully GMC registered with a relevant medical qualification A leader & clinician with strong line management skills Experience in a mental health setting Knowledgeable on clinical governance and skilled in medical appraisals, clinical supervision, case investigation and managementIn addition to a salary up to £165,000 per annum, you will also receive generous holiday allowance, opportunity to undertake further learning and development, company paid life insurance, generous pension, free meals and more.
