You will take up the position of Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant and be working alongside the branch manager who has already been working over the past years to ensure that London is a 'warm' area with a candidate flow and regular vacancies coming in. There is genuinely excellent earning potential with the projected OTE in Year 1 being £45,000 and Year 2 being £50,000. The Role Will Include * Searching for and contacting suitable candidates from online job boards * Placing job advertisements * Face to face and phone interviews * Putting together candidate profiles, suitable for schools * Ensuring CV's are correct * Liaising with our central compliance team * Outbound and inbound calls * Canvassing for new business and servicing existing clients * Attending client meetings to solidify ongoing relationships * Support with training new consultants Desirable qualities for this role * At least 1 year experience as a recruitment consultant * A proven track record of growth of your portfolio * Excellent phone manner and customer service skills * Fantastic work ethic and a positive attitude * Ability to cope in a busy, pressured environment * A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative If you feel you fit the criteria listed above, please do not hesitate to contact us further to discuss
