Civils minor works manager – North West / West and North Yorkshire HNC or equivalent NVQ Level 6 / 7 CSCS SMSTS Computer Literate Civil Engineering background In the UK Working with My Clients site team's on a Variety of Frameworks contracts Covering Manchester, Lancashire and Yourkshire / Newcastle. Typical Duties will include; Scoping works with the client. Assisting with pricing using our tender work books (Excel) Sourcing materials and plant using our ordering system (Excel) when orders are received. Managing the works from a H&S (word docs) and programme (MS Project) aspect. Sign-off and handover completed works to client. Maintaining the cost system to monitor cost V value (Excel). Vehicle, Lodge and Subsistence ( when required )
