The Role: BMS Static Site Service Engineer As a seasoned BMS Mobile Site Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) hardware. Your expertise should extend to fault finding, wiring, and networking, and you should be well-versed in the design and commissioning of BMS systems. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with site supervisors of the in-house maintenance team * Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks * Conduct remedial works * Generate detailed daily/weekly/monthly reports * Contribute to on-site projects * Provide support to BMS Operations teams, including occasional reactive call-outs to critical sites Key Skills: * Tridium / Cylon certification * Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience * Proven track record in a BMS service position * Outstanding customer service skills Benefits: * Competitive salary of £55,000, dependent on experience * Monday to Friday work schedule (08:00 – 16:30) with a 1-hour lunch break * Company pension scheme * 22 days of holiday with loyalty increases, excluding bank holidays * Overtime compensation * Provision of specialist tools and equipment Embark on a fulfilling career journey with us.
