Assistant Financial Accountant

IN2Consult / Assistant Financial Accountant / up to GBP40,000 pa / Hybrid working / Waterloo area

IN2Consult are working with an international design & manufacturing company who are on the lookout for an Assistant Financial Accountant to join their team. This would require someone who is part qualified & looking to continue to study & learn on the job. For the right candidate, they can pay up to GBP40,000 pa & offer two days of remote working per week. Please see below the responsibilities & skills required -

Responsibilities -

• Assist with month end management reporting
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Carry out month end and year end activities as required
• Respond to customer payment queries as required
• Commission calculations
• Credit Control
• Weekly & monthly sales reporting
• VAT Returns
• Assist with year end audit
• Assist Finance manager with ad-hoc analysis tasks
• Working closely with AP to advise on allocation of customer receipts & other reconciliatons

Skills -

• Part qualified
• Strong level of communication
• Experience in transactional finance as well as more advanced accounting
• Good MS Excel experience
