Job: Internal Recruiter

Location: Halifax (West side)

Salary: 25 - 33K (possible flex to 35K)

Hybrid working

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
Source candidates through various channels
Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews
Liaise with and manage recruitment agencies
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding strategies
