Account Coordinator

Due to expansion and new programme awards, a global organisation has a new vacancy for an Account Coordinator to join one of the major UK manufacturing operations. With excellent account management and customer service skills, you will develop strong customer relationships with key accounts and ideally have worked in a fast-paced environment. Commutable from: Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Coventry, Loughborough, Northampton. Salary: £ 24,000 - £ 31,000 p.a. + benefits Suitable for: Account Coordinator, Sales Executive, Account Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator, Account controller, Customer Service Representative. The Role Communicating timely and accurate information to customers on order status. The Account Manager will support the achievement of the department Level of Service targets through collaborative activities. Liaising with operations to provide detailed information to our customers regarding their most critical deliveries. Working collaboratively with customers on order book management to maximize OTIF and Sales and minimize arrears. Providing OTIF and Root Cause Analysis to support customer meetings and site visits. Managing customer complaints. Supporting other activities within the team as required e.g. 6S activities. Any other duties as directed by the Supply Chain Manager. The Person Good IT skills particularly MS Excel Organisational skills e.g. time management and ability to prioritise. Confident communicator. Good level of influence at all levels and ability to work with employees and Managers at all levels.
