Test Lead

Test Lead - £60,000 - Birmingham – Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office) Must have a background in Financial Services Movement8 are partnering exclusively with a Financial Services organisation based in Birmingham who are searching for a Test Lead to support their change delivery programme. This is an opportunity for an experienced Test Lead to become responsible for the testing and quality assurance of all new developments scheduled for release to the Bank’s live banking & digital applications. You will also write functional and non-functional test cases, develop and execute effective test plans and complete all testing assigned in-line with the business requirements and planned release timescales. Responsibilities: •    Plan and co-ordinate the completion of all testing assigned •    Prepare test cases to meet the business requirements and accurately report progress in-line with planned timescales •    Training and support to the test team through system changes •    Create business requirements functional specifications in line with the business needs •    Work across UAT/functional testing Package: Up to £60,000 + 10% bonus 10% Pension Life Assurance Healthcare 30 days leave 5 days charitable work during the year
