Job Title: Multi Trade Operative Would suit Carpenter Multi trade or Plumber Multi trade Location: Bristol and North and North East Somerset Salary: Up to £36,000 plus van and fuel card The Company: Build recruitment are working on behalf of a housing association to recruit an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter or Multi Trade Plumber to join the repairs and maintenance team providing repairs across Bristol and North and North east Somerset. We are looking for NVQ qualified carpenters or plumbers that are multi skilled in building repairs to join our client on a permanent basis. A company van and fuel card are provided along with a comprehensive benefits package. Overtime and on-call payments are extra to the advertised salary to cover the emergency call out rota. Experience working across the social housing sector would be an advantage but is not essential. You will be required to undertake a DBS check and must have a valid driving licence.
