Requirements for a Water Hygiene Engineer:

• Minimum 1-year experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer or Water Treatment Engineer
• Proficient in servicing Thermostatic Mixing Valves
• Sound understanding of ACOP L8 compliance
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong computer skills
• Positive work ethic
• Preferably based locally in Manchester and willing to travel

Tasks and Duties as a Water Hygiene Engineer:

• Conducting site visits to ensure clients' systems comply with industry regulations
• Collecting water samples
• Monitoring temperatures
• Servicing TMVs (Thermostatic Mixing Valves)
• Closed system testing
• Maintaining cooling towers
• Performing acid descaling
