Site Agent (Civil Engineering)

BMSL Group are actively recruiting for a Site Agent with a Civil Engineering background to join one of our established clients based out of Bridgend South Wales.

Salary range of 55k - 60k

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Agent to join our team. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful completion of projects and ensure their compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, permits, and contracts
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status and milestones

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
