Company Accountant

Paramount Children Care are a specilaist Children Residential Care Provider that look after vunerable children with challenging behaviour and provide the highest level of quality care. Due to further growth we are now looking for a Company Accountant to join us on a full time basis at our head office in Willenhall Wolverhampton. Opportunity: The Company Accountant will be responsbile for the Finance Department within the company and implementing Financial Controls whilst working closely with Director on a day to day basis to further foil proof company growth. As the organsation grows further this role will lend it self to a FD Position within the company. Role and Responsibilities: * Manage the Finance Function day to day * Responsbile for Implementing Financial Controls and Streamlining Processes * Production Of Management Accounts Monthly * Leading Finance Meetings on a Monthly Basis * Finance Business Partnering * Forecasting and Business Planning 3-5 Year Periods * Ability to work within a fast paced enviornment * Extensive experience of XERO Qualifications * ACCA/CIMA Qual * ACCA/CIMA Part Qual System Skills * Xero Accounting Software User Advanced * Microsoft Excel
