Fabric Maintenance Handyperson

We are recruiting for a multi skilled fabric maintenance operative based in the Manchester area to cover a large scale estate and provide general fabric and building maintenance within the facility. The role is a permanent position paying circa 31-34k (34k for qualified trades) Mon-Fri 40 hours per week No call out required 25 days holiday plus stat. Training provided Company sick pay Fabric Maintenance Operative Description: Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to: Fabric and general building upkeep Lamping and basic lighting checks Plumbing maintenance Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc. Emergency repairs All ad- hoc maintenance tasks Assisting engineers Training provided to ensure compliance   Requirements: Experience in maintenance within the Facilities Management sector Good general joinery maintenance and basic plumbing experience works Excellent client facing skills Higher salary for qualified trades - i.e. Joiner Willingness to complete fabric, plumbing and compliance duties Willing to complete training If you are interested then please click the APPLY button now PRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.
