Immediate Need for College Lecturers and Teaching Support Staff across South Wales Are you a skilled college lecturer with experience teaching in the following areas?  Additional Learning Needs (ALN) The Arts Humanities Science Business, Economics, and Politics Engineering and Mechanics Social Sciences Mathematics Computer Science and ICT ESOL/TEFL Trades (Plumbing, Heating, Electrical, Painting and Decorating, Hair and Beauty, etc.) Essential Skills Work Skills TeacherActive is currently partnering with a range of Colleges and Higher Education Institutes throughout South Wales to fill immediate openings for Lecturers. We are seeking both sessional and long-term assignments.    As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering the full curriculum in your specialised field up to Level 3 standards. This may also include working with ALN students and those with challenging behaviour. Your duties will involve planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons to support students in obtaining professional qualifications in their chosen field. Monitoring student progress and working with your line manager to develop and support your students will be essential for maintaining excellent standards.  To be considered for this role, you must have experience teaching in your subject area in an FE environment. A recognised teaching qualification such as DTLLS, PCET, PGCE, or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Education, PTLLS, or CTLLS is preferred.   A minimum of 6 months of verifiable teaching experience is required, as is a valid DBS on the update service.
