The Role Managing your client base of mainly local SME’s in a professional and friendly manner – taking a vested interest in understanding their business; where the business is now, where you can elevate them, explaining the process and journey and what can be achieved working together Continuous communication with your clients, (email and phone) to clarify, update and advise them on lifecycle of their projects. Regular site meetings with your clients to go over results of their strategic media campaigns, discuss results, (traffic, SEO, visitors etc) Having a good knowledge of industry topics that might be relevant to your client and be of use for future campaigns for blogs, website info etc. Liaising with all areas of the business, to keep on track of campaigns, to immerse yourself into the whole ethos & successes of the company. Keeping CRM- system up to date for all users Meeting personal and company targets to achieve, KPI’s, based on retention, upselling of other suitable products. Nurture & develop your relationships, be proactive and commercially aware to give good marketing advice. Being an ambassador for the company, by attending networking/business events to engage with new & existing business owners. Skills and Experience Proven working experience in a similar role; Account Management, Media Account Manager, Digital Account Manager, Campaign Manager, Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing B2B background preferably Working knowledge of the web industry, SEO, and digital marketing campaigns Can create long term, strong business relationships; invested in nurturing of business and work relationships to become part of a successful team. Target driven and exceed expectations. Customer centric Confident communication skills with the ability to engage with everyone you meet. Good presence, well presented, a people’s person. Solutions provider to try and overcome blockers. Car owner is required for this role ideally.
