Hayley Group Limited has a Digital Marketing and eCommerce Associate vacancy to join the growing, fast-paced eCommerce Department based at Head Office in Halesowen . You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:

Hayley Group Limited is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing and eCommerce Associate who can lead on the development and implementation of a new digital marketing strategy. You will be a driving force in performance marketing channels via Social Media, SEO, SEM, PPC & Paid Ads.

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday office based.

Key responsibilities as our Digital Marketing and eCommerce Associate will include:

• Working with the eCommerce Team to devise a new Digital Marketing strategy.
• Execution of Digital Marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Management of Paid Advertising (PPC & Bing), overseeing and working to budget; experience running online advertising campaigns is essential.
• Proven experience in driving organic growth and performance; rankings, traffic and conversions.
• A strong understanding of marketing analytics, reporting and utilising data to optimise campaigns in line with targets.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain innovative and competitive.
• Confident, results driven leader with great people skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Digital Marketing and eCommerce Associate :

• Valid UK driving licence.
• Proficiency in using Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4) is essential for this role.
• Experience in using Social Media platforms Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok etc from a business perspective.
• Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and sparks conversation.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and cultivate relationships to build brand loyalty.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of MailChimp and HMTL would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills and have the ability to work to deadlines and targets.
