What you'll do

  • Managing all aspects and coordination of fleet related activities for Nordics and the main components of the business global travel & expense program across the EMEA region.
  • Management of Fleet and T&E policies, inquires related to each program, ensure timely resolution, communicate areas of concern, and working with multiple groups such as finance, human resources, external suppliers and sourcing to propose changes in the processes to maximize the efficiencies of each program and deliver the best user experience.
  • Day to Day - Travel & Living will be managing relationships with associates, CWT, Concur and corporate card providers. Included will be validating credit card applications, monitoring the T&E card program, all employee inquiries, manage the companies travel web page, trainer/technical support for all travelers.
  • Day to Day - Fleet will include managing the relationships with all drivers and the vehicle service providers, including maintaining an accurate and timely fleet database, manage fleet insurance and fuel cards, manage vehicle mileage, leasing agreements.
  • The program leader will serve as the first contact support for drivers and travelers in case of any support required either from business or technical area. Will need to develop a good understanding of procedures and polices in countries in EMEA region.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and minimum 3 years' experience in customer service, project/program management
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills
  • Attention to detail and proactive client follow-up
  • Ability to develop & maintain business relationships with internal & external customers & suppliers
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Commercial experience, including contractual documentation, within a dynamic environment
  • Advanced level experience of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on data manipulation and analysis within Excel (eg Pivot Tables) would also be advantageous.
  • Multilingual ability (both written and oral) an advantage
