Offering a salary of up to £55,000 + £3500 car allowance + bonus + Hybrid Working. Our client is one of the UK's largest property consultancies, with 33 offices Nationwide and over 700 staff. They offer an array of services to their client base across construction project management, lettings, property sales, planning and property management. Serving many sectors across residential, offices, industrial, retail, rural and land. Role & Responsibilities - Conduct full building surveys on a mix of commercial and residential properties - Prepare and issue feasibility studies - Full life cycle project management - Undertake a Principal Designer role when necessary - Party Walls - Dilapidations - RCA Surveys - Advise clients on recommended maintenance work - Offering cost advice - Offer support to more junior team members. Required Skills & Experience - MRICS - Experienced in professional services such as party wall and dilapidations - Commercial and residential refurb project experience - UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.
