Voice & Network communications Engineer

Location: Stevenage (with possible funded travel to Portsmouth)

Responsibilities:

Deployment, Integration & Testing of Cisco Unified Communication -Voice Infrastructure

Remote debugging and troubleshooting on Cisco UC infrastructure

Troubleshooting advanced AV network and connection issues

Operation, maintenance, and software upgrades for corporate video teleconference infrastructure and endpoints

On-site IMAC related to Unified Communication in Portsmouth

Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel, and partners to provide technical assistance and support

Requirements:

Experience with Cisco and Video/Audio conference System Technologies

Ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders including vendors on products and implementations

Security clearance and background checks required (preferably with government or defence experience)

Note: This position may involve travel to Portsmouth, with candidates being subject to security clearance and background checks.
