Role Overview
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing finance teams globally, ensuring their alignment with company objectives. Your role will involve developing and executing growth-focused strategies for mergers and acquisitions and fundraising initiatives. Collaborating closely with other Senior Leadership Team members, you will contribute to the formulation and execution of long-term growth plans for the organization. It will be your duty to ensure that cash flow remains compatible with day-to-day operations and to develop and implement operational strategies in line with industry best practices. Compliance with all local and global financial requirements and reporting standards will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Analysing the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats will be essential for identifying opportunities to enhance overall efficiency. Your oversight will extend to financial management and reporting to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.

Your Profile
The ideal candidate for this position will be a qualified Accountant who has demonstrable experience in a CFO or senior finance leadership role is essential, along with a proven track record in leading successful merger and acquisition processes and managing investor relations. Experience in navigating international finance landscapes is highly desirable. Strong leadership and organisational abilities are a must, alongside exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Adept problem-solving and strategic development capabilities is crucial. Proficiency in risk management practices and an unwavering commitment to integrity and ethical standards are also indispensable qualities for this exciting role.
