Sales Executive


Our client with over 30 years experience in business equipment finance and asset leasing across the UK is looking for a confident ,outgoing individual to join the Direct sales team based at their offices in Coleshill ,West Midlands. This role would suit a recent graduate or an individual who has recently commenced a career in a Business Development environment . Main Purpose of the role You will play a pivotal role in developing new leads for our direct asset finance division .The position offers a unique opportunity for career growth ,with the potential to quickly transition into a Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls ,emails and other prospecting methods Learn and understand the clients range of financial products and services Build and maintain relationships with potential clients Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets Achieve KPI's set by Head Of Sales Key skills /requirements needed Bachelor's Degree in business ,marketing or a related field (preferred but not required) Ideal industry background Automotive or Estate Agency Sales ( preferred but not required ) Self Motivated with a strong work ethic Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast -paced environment Benefits Guaranteed bonus of £5,000 in the first year Training and Development opportunities to enhance career trajectory Opportunity to become a Business Development Manager after 6-12months with uncappped commissions (based on performance )
