Workplace Tech Engineer (Office Move/Sensors/API)

DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the professional services industry who are looking for a Workplace Technologies Engineer to join the team in London.

The role will predominately be to support the implementation of Workplace Technologies, in particular to implement a space management solution in the new global HQ which will be moved into in 2025.

You will primarily work with the project and chosen third party vendor to implement a Space Management solution that will ensure maximum utilization of space in the building whilst ensuring an excellent user experience for our people and any experience in this area will be useful.

Required experience:

* Experience of implementing Space Management solutions beneficial.
* Understand what excellent customer service looks like.
* Willing to take ownership of tasks and show initiative when seeing them through to completion, taking a lead role as required.
* Work well in a team or on your own, and across teams whether within Technology or other business teams.
* An effective communicator, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, and adapt styles as situations require, for example: can engage business stakeholders by explaining technical concepts in a way that can be easily understood.
* Constantly look for opportunities and ideas to improve services and to become more efficient.

Have experience in the following:
- Hands-on Space Management implementation
- API integrations
- Access control eg ESS Genetec
- Optional: Smart lockers experience
- Sensors
