Workshop Manager

The Workshop Manager will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the workshop. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities * Oversee all employees are working at all times and correctly * Ensuring that each area of the workshop is kept clean by the person responsible. * Ensure that all jobs are coming through the workshop within lead timescales. * Going around each area of the workshop to check quality of work and correctness of work as per drawings provided. * Ensure all work that leaves the workshop is of a high standard. Qualifications * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team * Strong problem-solving abilities * Attention to detail Hours: Monday to Thursday 6am - 5pm Friday 6am - 4pm Pay Rate: Depending on experience Job Type: Full-time Salary: £13.50-£16.50 per hour Benefits: * Company pension * Free parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday
